We rented a boat with Quarnero Tours during our time in Croatia and the whole experience is worth mentioning ! From the original contact to the returning of the boat was perfect. Email respons was very quick (2 hours) during daytime and later on via whatsapp near to instantaneous. Questions we had where answered fully and clearly. The delivery of the boat was spot on and clear hands on explanation was given. As we do not speak Croatian or Italian we where very happy that the crew spoke English very well. With the explanation we got a map with nice places to visit during our time on the water (and even some under the water). We where greeted at the return point at the agreed time and returned to our pick up location to complete a near to perfect day on the water exploring some of the islands secret gems. We were so pleased with our experience renting a boat with Quarnero Tours. From the initial contact to the day of the boat ride and beyond, Masimo was extremely responsive. We so enjoyed going to the different beaches (all of which we had to ourselves) and our lunch in the lovely town of Valun on Cres. The boat was very comfortable. At the end, we were most impressed by Quarnero's honesty when we paid for the gas. As they weren't able to validate the actual amount at the time of payment, they said they would refund any overage... which they did that very same day! While it was only a small difference in payment, we appreciated their integrity. Highly recommend!
